Today I trained some Highland Games events:
Putting the stone; Caber and weight for distance.
All in all 90 minutes! Was a good one.

Chest:
DB incline bench 2 sets
Benchpress 4 sets
Cablecross 2 sets
Back:
Chin ups 5 sets
seat rows (machine) 3 sets

Shoulders:
machine Lateral Raises plus Military press - 3 sets
Rear lateral raise - 2 sets
Shrugs 2 sets
Biceps:
EZ curl - 4 sets (light weight)
Triceps:
close grip bench plus Cable pushdowns plus overhead dumbbell triceps extensions - 3 sets
10 min. treadmill
Enjoy the day.

Scottish Stones - here I am! :-)



This stone weights more than the Dalwhinnie stone and is a few Ks behind the Inver Stone.

The trip is planned for March / April timeframe.
Still some work to do though....and that is good!
We plan a round trip:
Edinburgh airport
Old Daily (only photoshooting because there are no stones to lift anymore)
Glenlyon
Dalwhinnie
Inverness
Potarch
Edinburgh airport
We will stay approx. a week to have some time for the amazing nature and culture of Scottland!
