Matti´s training sessions

Post  Matti Heiskanen on Fri Jun 05, 2009 10:25 pm

Today was a great day Smile I was a Junkyardboy today. I found a one piece of steel there. 7 feet long, 2" thick bar, so that is a perfect Thickbar for me Smile 33 kg´s is the weight of that. Also my my friend was ready to sell me some metal plates, nice to me. 80kg´s total. Those are perfect for my Old Aparatus, which need 30mm diameter hole discs. This was a Prologue to my training log, which start on sunday.

My dungeon

Good stuff Matti. Quality looking dungeon there! Looking forward to reading about your workouts.

How is your back these days? I know it was giving you trouble at the euros.

Thanx guys!
Sam, my back still troubles me, but now I start to do some Fatbar kick to it Smile
Every movement I do, I have to be very carefully. But no can do, when the back is broken, you just have
to habituate it and find the movements and the angles what are good for you Rolling Eyes Last night, at 2.am, I did
3 singles by your Elite and 5 single #3. After that, it was nice to go to sleep clown Gripper madness hit to me, sometimes good happens!

Your English seems pretty good to me. For a minute there I was having visions of you scrolling a car tyre, which would be a good ab and grip exercise I bet!

I like the ab roller too, seems to make my abs very sore, maybe because the negative part of the movement is quite intense.
