Forearms were sore , but manage to do guite good session.

Now is time to start right hand gripper training. Now 3 weeks rest is behind and it´s quite ok, but little bit
ther is something. Squeezing the gripper is ok, but when pinching there is still little pain.

10.11.09 Pinch R/L

Great loose plate pinching today!
One of the best day in my pinching history Smile Right hand is back in bussines and it was allmost better, than left!

Pinch R/L

- Warm ups 5*21kg, 5*31kg, 3*36kg, 1*41kg, Right felt very good. No pain, just strong feeling Smile

Leoko 2*20kg R/L
- 2*2* 2/20kg very easy. I think 30 sek. timehold would have been piece of cake Razz
- Leoko 20/25kg O/V halfway up...
- Leoko 2*20kg+2.5kg extra weight full lift, very easy, long holdings.
- Leoko 2*20kg+ 4kg extra weight full lift, super easy.
- Leoko 20/25kg For left 5 sek holding! Right hand full lift and lock!That is my PR!
- Leoko 2*20kg+ 6kg extra weight full lift, super easy.
- Leoko 2*20kg+ 7kg extra weight full lift,right hand halway up.
- Leoko 20/25kg full lift, right halfway up.

Two Finger Leoko 2*15kg R/L
- 3*1* Leoko 2*15kg

Two Finger Leoko 2*20kg R/L
- 3*1* Leoko 2*20kg just levitation. Right hand was stronger, than left hand.

3*10+7kg
- 2*1* 3/10kg+7kg Full lifts. Right is stronger, than left hand.

3*10kg wide

- 3*1* 3/10kg wide

I just wondering my right hand strong level. 3 weekd total rest and now it is stronger than ever! Okay, 3 weeks ago it was totally jam
and the power level was bad. Example Leoko 2*20kg was super easy today, 3 weeks ago it was hard to do that.

That is some very impressive pinch. Closing in on 2 25kg plates! Seems like the rest did you good!

It was suppose to leave my right hand in rest, but no can do :/ Previous RT was still jamming my hands, so I decided to do some singles every of my 2*20kg´s

Pinch OH R/L
