My best gripper workout for left hand ever!!! Feel sooo great!!

Grippers for left MMS

- Usual warm ups
- 1*#2.5 ( 2.45 )
- 2*1*#3 ( 3.38 ) click,click!
- 1*BBE ( 3.43 ) -1mm close! This is my best attempt! Here is the picture:




- 1*#3 the hardest ( 3.26 )
- 1*#3 harder ( 3.25 )
- 1*#3 hard ( 3.20 )
- 1*BBMM1 ( 3.09 )
- 2*1*#3 ( 2.92 ) 40mm set up

Set 45-50mm Left

- 2*BBSM ( 2.56 )
- 2*BBSGM3 ( 2.56 )
- 2*BBSM ( 2.40 )
- 2*BBSM ( 2.36 )
- 2*#2.5 ( 2.45 )

Every closes were easy.
