Lightened band Floor Press (red bands) 60kx10,80kx5,100kx5,120kx2,132kx4, close grip then wider grip 120kx5 then 4
T-Bar Row 20k,40KX10, 60KX5, 100KX2, 120kx5, 100kx6
TGU 32KX1, 48kx1
Grip Circuit
I did 10 reps each item from 35k 2.5" crusher, 20k Hub plate, 15k hex blob,60mm 41kd/bell and standing curls with 2 25k 60mm thick grip d/bells
Loadable Hub plate pinch 24kx1,25kx1.26kx1 & 27kx1
TTK 3K X 60
Head Harness 20kx15,45kx30
Seated Shrug 60kx20
Front Neck Raise 42kx20

Grip circuit was interesting some of the weights were abit too light but i was more interested in reps.Nice improvement in the hub plate lift, i think i could have gone to 30k if it wasnt for the earlier stuff

Nice work on the hub lifts Mark. What sort of plate did you do the 20 kg lift on? I've got and Ironmind hub lift attachment and none of my plates have a hub anything like it.

Thanks Mark
It was a tool Pullums made for me.Its basically a hub exactly the same as Ironminds but is welded to a plate metal plate with loading pins on each side , so the lift is started from the floor like a regular plate

Powerball 2sets
TGU 24KX3 done 'kalos stenos style' no idea if hats splet right

Superset
30KG Barbell power snatch to overhead squat (5 power snatches,5 squats). Then 16K kettlebell swings x15 1.5 mins rest 3 sets

Used the new 5 k bumpers for the snatch thanks to KingPin for the link for them. The Power snatch and o/head squat combo was tough. It was a good cardio workout and allowed me to practice the power snatch

Log Bar Strict Press from Rack 58kx5,68kx5,78kx2,88kx1,98kx1,88kx2
Kettlebell Clean and Push Press 24kx5,32kx5,40kx2,48kx2,56kx2,60kx1/1/1
Lightened 60mm Globe deadlifts 64kx2,67kx1,1
56k globe deadlifts x1/2/2
Loose plate Pinch 2x5kx3,3x5kx2,4x5kx2,5x5kg plates x1/1 left hand
25K 60mm dumbbell standing wrist curlx 10
Iron Boots 2 exercises with 6k
Hypers bwx12,+5k plate x 10

Real good session today.I decided to do some different things for a change. The 98k press went up well which is an improvement and also done with a parallel grip bar which I find harder to press than a straight bar.
Some new Kettlebell PRs aswell with a 56k push press for an easy 2 and finally push pressed the 60k kettlebell easily for 1 ,I could not budge this bell before, I think if i could have racked it better there was maybe 2 reps in me but the size of it makes it difficult.
Also managed for the first time 5 5kg plates pinch loose.I could only do it with my weaker left hand Question The right would not have it and I only managed to break them from the floor. My hand position with the left felt more comfortable than the right. All in all a good day
