Thanks Aaron, is that a Nautilus machine? Ive always wanted to try one after seeing one in an old HIT book from the 80's

Re: Marks Training Log
Next time see how many singles you can get with 97-98kg? Then the week after 100kg (or more) should fly up.

Re: Marks Training Log
Cheers Sam yes I may give that a try if im feeling stronger next week . I try to hold back a little on the singles however ,if i move to fast with heavy singles its easy to burn out and start losing strength. I can press the 100k but it depends on a good or at least decent clean which i really need to start doing some extra work on to improve

Trap Bar Deadlift 60kx10,105kx5,145k2,165kx1,195kx1,215kx1,240kx1
GoodMornings 64KX5,74KX5,94KX5
Grip Machine (2 HANDS) 40KX10,60KX5,80KX2,100KX8
D/Bell Finger curls 30kx10,45kx10
Seated Alt D/bell curl 20kx10,30kx10
Tates 20KX12,30KX12
Inversion Boots sit up bwx10, +12kx6
a 10K improvement on the Trap Bar which wasnt too hard, I gripped it wrong and the bar tilted , no real issue.I stopped myself from trying 245/250k, its best to keep the ego in check sometimes.Hopefully I will get at least 245k within the next 2 weeks.Im also back to goodmornings again to help improve the trap Bar
