Wenesday:

1 hour of "pilates" class (lack of air in the room)

Deadlift overhand

90kgx5
3x100kgx3
3x105kgx2
1x115x1 ok but lack of grip in the RH.

Trying to make some kind of 2HP in my girl's gym.

used one barbell with some plastic black dics(VERY slipery) ... up to 35 kg with holds. This weight its horrible but should be about twice as more with 20 kg weights.(hope so ...)

Shoulders press

medium weigthts 12,10 reps.

Tradmile 2 km in 10 minutes(around 10 miles/hour).

TODAY:

Grippers(dammit, my wrists are dead from the 2 sessions of deadlift)

5 sets with #2.5 + 20 mm block both hands ..miss all in my RH by 1 mm , LH doesnt worth to mention.(last time did 5 reps with this gripper)

Pony clamp(a big one) LOved it, first time doing it! couple of site sof 5 each hands (miss all by 1.5 cm)

Sledge to the front : will add this exercice to my routine more often(to the rear aswell) ...couple sets of 5 with 8lbs sledge.I suck with the sledge but i like this exercice so i will become "good" with it soon.

What i need to learn: Dont do grippers if u feel the deadlift effect in your hand.do one of-day of try lighter gripper for reps.
