Looks like the bench is coming only aswell. Get some pics up of the training unit when you've moved all the kit in! It's always good to see some old fashioned garage/warehouse training setups!

Cheers Mark, we have been training in a 30'x8' for the past few years but i keep making new equipment and its becoming a joke, so no doubt this will be filled soon too Laughing

Cheers Sam, we move all the kit on saturday, hopefully finish of on Sunday. just finished making a chest supported row, so its filling up nicely.

Cheers Mark, I have made all my equipment except a lat machine, too much trouble to make the stack, and did not want a plate loaded one, it only cost £150.00 so material would have cost a lot more, but have since altered it to do low pulley rows on as well.

I've got an idea what this is- does this bring in the stabilisers much more than regular press ups? Top work given you're virtually twice as heavy as me!
