Shame you cant make tomorrow Sam, this one looked like it was made for you (pressing, squatting and grip). You'll definetly be missed.

I've been training around some SI joint issues recently Stew - i've been having trouble getting down and pulling anything off the floor so i thought it is best to give this one a miss and go see a chiro before it gets any worse. It affected my one hand dead in the bhsa champs this year. All the best to you mate get loads of PRs.

Sam, no probs mate best to heal up and come back stronger.I dont think I'm strong enough for pb's at the mo but like lol says they will all kind of be pb's as I dont do any of the exercises. That said I shall do my best to make sure David doesn't get a clean sweep although I suspect knowing David's competetive side that's probably easier said than done.

I've not really trained on any of them, well except the Curl obviously.
I've also had a bit of food poisoning from a chinese last night, so feeling delicate, but better now. Not a good night and morning!

See you tomorrow for some fun!
