Comp video

Here is a video form a local Strongman comp I did a few weeks back. I did ok but could of done a lot better. This event went well for me. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pifaihVCyAc This was my first NAS comp.

Good stuff!
Most people find it hard on their first comp because of a variety of reasons. The equipments is different, etc.
