Car Flipping, How does it work?
Do the cars still have their engine in it, or are they removed?
I can't really imagine a good flip if one side is much heavier then the other side, so I would think they are removed, but is that true?
Besides tire flips, what would be the best exercises in your opinion to get strong in this lift without actually performing the lift (as I need my car a little longer
)?

I competed in a strongman comp where they had a Car flip, and no one flipped it. The car was too heavy, too wide, and not only had the engine in but was weighted with discs - useless event!
But I did get it off the floor to a point where I tried to move to the next stage of the flip, some didn't even break it off the floor.

That's cos you're the man!
In WSM, as far as I can recall, the engines are removed to improve the balance of the car.

Unfortunately I have never been to a comp where a car flip was contested.
I did hear of a good idea for an event, which was to flip a car on its roof and then drag it back 25m
using a rope already attached to it.
I think that would be a crowd pleaser.
