York Barbell Visit

I thought some of you folks might like this. I finally made it to York a couple weeks back.
Jan Dellinger gave us his patented personal tour of the Hall of Fame and Museum. (Jan worked there for 25+ years, shared an office with Grimek, etc.).

(We went back 2 more times during the 4 days we were in York).

I drove over to the old Broad St. location, now shut down and boarded up.
Being the collector the collector that I am, I managed to break a brick free from the side of the building.
I was getting some odd looks from some locals who had to be hanging around next door.

Not a good neighborhood, so I got my brick and left :>)

(I'll post a few pics here as replies, as I'm having a bit of an issue adding them here)...

Great stuff - I have an old brick from 18thcentury strongman Willie Carr's blacksmith shop before it got knocked down.
