The book is finished.
We will put a proper advert up tomorrow or Monday. It's been quite some work, but damn good fun.
Going to go and read it in bed now - you'd think I should have had enough of it by now!
The title is 'Muscles & Medals - A History of Weights, Barbells and Dumbbells in the UK".
It's 60 pages long, and 115 illustration/photos in it.
We will put a proper advert up tomorrow or Monday. It's been quite some work, but damn good fun.
