I was inspired by the plates restoration section at the back of the book so I decided to clean up my heaviliy rusted york plates which had been lying in the garden for the past few months.

I went at it with a cloth and polished them up nicely. I skipped the painting step which is fortune since I went in the house for 2 minutes to make a cup of tea, came back out.....

......and I bird had shat all over them. What a Face
