knee wraps at the beginning of powerlifting
Help!
This is really frustrating. I am sure I read an article on a UK website several months ago. It had a scanned article from an old mag which talked about powerlifting at its inception.
It told of some battles between the UK and USA and mentioned that the original length of knee wraps was REALLY long...way bigger than 2.5m. The Brits used longer wraps than the USA.
Now I can't find the website and I can't remember how long the wraps were.
All I can kinda remember is that it was some 'north east england powerlifting' website with a history section. And when I say 'north east' ...I am probably wrong but I know it was not a famous name like 'London', 'Birmingham' etc...it was a regional website.
Can anyone help?
