Topic review
No, lately I'm doing it in the gym between other sweaty hand inducing things. It has occurred to me I might be better off doing it as a separate session. That's what I was doing when I did 50x23 and 55x12.
Forgot to post my last one too:
RT: 5x25, 3x45, 1x55, 60x1,0,0LH, 0,0,0RH, 6x50
First LH single with 60 felt pretty solid, hands felt clammy after that though.

Still a way off where I was a while back.
Do you do RT as it's own workout?
Did this Sunday and forgot to post it here:
32kg x10
48 x3
60 x1
66 x1/2 pull, x0 lifted for a neg
55 x15, made it with both, left did better than right this time.
pony thumbs x3
Was really happy to get 66kg in plates moving! I think it's interesting that my 15 rep performance feels like it's improving where my max is not necessarily. I need to try 57 next time. I also think I need to do this more often to see a good gain.

Nice, you're kicking my arse so far. I need to try it when I'm a bit fresher, did grippers and 2" DB rows today, and I'll be RT-ing tommorow after DO deadlifts. The phrase pissing against the wind come to mind
