Welcome to new members!
Welcome to everyone who joins.
Nice to see a mix of europeans and americans, and also grip guys and armwrestlers so far.
What will make this forum different?
I would hope to keep a nice house here where people respect others just like if they were talking face to face!
Also a place where you guys can talk about my equipment along with others. My equipment has been heavily censored elseswhere, in fact even videos of me have been taken off - how small minded! It's time these guys GREW SOME BALLS!
I request that you don't promote your own equipment without prior permission, simply because people don't like too much spam. But please feel free to discuss any and all equipment that you would like to regardless of manufacturer. If you have a criticism please make it constructive rather than personal.
I don't want any discussions on religion, politics, etc that is likely to cause an internet war. There are plenty of forums for this kind of stuff. I will delete it all immediately.
I doubt this forum will be huge, and that's cool, a nice small, friendly Pub atmosphere will suffice.

Re: Welcome to new members!
Hi David,
nice forum and nice to meet you and all the members.
I have training in the past weeks a routine of high-volume high-base strength, inspired by one article of your great Iron Grip Magazine. It works fantastic for me, and it's very fun to train everyday!
Jose.

Re: Welcome to new members!
Jose,
It's good to see you here, and it was also nice when we met up in 2007 at the Brits.
I love training often, and find no problem about recovering at all. In fact I get more aches and pains if I train less, especially in the cold time of the year. It's like it keeps my joints warm and cushioned.
Of course I wouldn't squat everyday, in fact my legs/hip/back gets trained twice a week. Chest and Triceps twice, Shoulders once, and Bi's and Lats twice. These are all spread out over the days, and of course hand and wrist done daily. Abs/core also done at most sessions.
It's quite bodybuilderish in a way, and also some fitness in there when I need to.

Hugo,
you are welcome
Next year, in march, there will be the second edition of Spanish Grip Championships. If you want to compete, you are welcome.
