Hello everyone,

My name Jonathan from North Wales, thought it was about time I joined in. Got lots of grip toys probably too many, just got my vulcan today, only orderd it on Monday, cheers David very fast service, it's true what people say about the vulcan, it's all that and more. I also have the Orbigrip, what I'll say about that is if your thinking of getting one do it, helped me get over tennis elbow along with the advice on this forum, it's very addictive and you dont need to use heavy weights, and gives a good pump but also you feel it deep in the muscle. Having read this forum for a while I know why the Grip Board wont allow posts about David or his equipment, they are afraid, simple as that. David has top notch kit, has a world record and now this forum with no bull on it. We'll have to meet up at Pete's eats one day

Good to see you here man! You won't regret the Vulcan order! I've been using/abusing my loaned Vulcan for 2 weeks and wish I had it for keeps. It's helped my set strength improve so much that I can almost fall asleep setting even a hard #3 or a medium Elite.
