Cheers lad, been good so far! The wife and I went to Sainsburys for a lard-fest breakfast and I'm just typing this with a cup of tea and a bar of chocolate. Diets don't exist on birthdays! I'm aiming to drop 25Kg for next years Primal Comp, NOT that I'm doing an 800m kettlebell run again! Done well for prezzies, son got me a CoC #2.5 which I hope to close later.

Well yesterday was a good day. Finished it off with closing #2 with left hand, #2.5 right handed and a massive irritable bowel attack after eating too much cheese and potato pie Memories are made of days like this

Yeah I'm following Davids advice re: pro-biotics. End of the day if I'm a good boy it's not too much of a problem, it's just being a good boy that's a problem!
