swiss grip competition VIII

Hello all,

This year it'll probably happen in October or there around. Events will probably be (order not set yet):
- rim lift
- table curl on thick DB
- eagle loops DL 2 fingers a side
- 2H plate wrist curl (max weight)
- medley
- thick vbar
- and maybe a finisher like heavy duck walk or dinnie lift for reps

should be fun, lots of new events for many of us.

yep, looking forward to it. Always a good time.

I don't think Franky is going to make it this year. I think he is going to have something much more important coming up around that time So we will probably not have our usual battle, and I will miss that.
Joonas (tja on gripboard) is going to be there though, and I hope that last year's extremely promising newbie (3rd, very close to 2nd) makes it again this year.

comp will be held on 24th of October.

last event will be either heavy one hand farmers (around 140-150kg) or OHL for max reps in 1'30 with 200kg. nice finisher
