A great day! probably my most exhausting competition to date. long and hard. I absolutely smashed all my PRs except in the vbar were I did a little less than expected. We missed Franky (unavailable) and Joonas/tja (injured).

Well done, some impressive numbers there, especially the plate wrist curl and one hand lift.
18 x 200 would be hard enough with the hands on trousers method

thanks the eagle loops DL with 2 fingers a side was a nice crowd pleaser.
Emmanuel really pushed me hard on this one (my best training weight was 240kg!!) and had to stop because of a bad skin tear. he would have gone at least 10-20 kg higher if that had not happened.
