Oh Yes, David! Wink

The decision of the events is mine but i want to hear your preferences.

The euro-grippers and euro-pinch are standard lifts and my doubt is for the other events. I think that the one hand deadlift is one of the best supporting events, if not the best.
The wrist event is in the air, but for now i don´t think in bending. In my opinion, wrist curls and similar exercises are the best.

You want to hear my preferences?

One thing you want is events that are easy to referee.

Mark,

thanks i understand now. Do/Du should be good idea for u because u can bend really well.

I agree with Martin , 2" v-bar should be used , regular v-bar its DANGER for the arms and back(specially biceps).

Hi,

The events will be closed at 30th June. The contest will be in july, 2010.

Now, it's time to hear your preferences/opinions. At the moment, i think that these events would be good:

1. Grippers. Euro-Grippers or Ironmind with credit card. 4 attempts
2. EuroPinch. 4 attempts.
3. One hand deadlift, powerlifting eleiko bar. 4 attempts.
4. Rolling Thunder. 4 attempts.
5. Two hands lever block wrist curl. New event, it would be with apparatus like this: http://www.dennisrogers.net/productview.php?uid=25 , but int two hands version. 4 attempts.

- 2HP
- RT better hand only
- Grippers, Vulcan 20mm block or MMS better hand only, starting judge by the Referee, like was in Eurochamp 2008 in Germany.
- Apollon Axel
- Hublift, maxlift or timehold, better hand only
- 2*20kg plate timehold

Just thinking...

4 attempts for all lifts...
euro grippers MMS (both hands contested)
euro pinch
double overhand axle deadlift
plate wrist curl (as contested in this year's british - same rules)

then
medley of various grip items (1 run only, 3-4 minute time limit, around 15 objects)

Weaver stick.
Very little weight used and one of the best events for determining wrist levering strength to the rear. Definitely something thick like crusher (not RT) and then 1-handed deadlift since it is great for gurning faces (Steve...) cyclops

PS if it is warm in Madrid no doubt the kit will get moist eh Sam?

Jose,
Nice rounded events.

What I would advise is to have the Weaver from now on with no wrist wrap. I believe now that there is no need for wraps at all.
