Re: Chad Woodall event 2009
I have not been on this board in a while and I am just now reading all these post about my comp. Some of you think it is no surprise that I won my own comp...if you had been there...you would know that I had to work my ass off to win...and for a while there I thought 2nd or 3rd was looking good for me. Some of you did not like my medley...it is a medley. I wanted to make it hard and a cardio buster...which it was! Like in Steve's LONG post...a few tweaks by him and the outcome would have been different.
It was great to meet you Steve and I enjoyed talking with you at the after comp. I hope one day we can do it again...take care grip brother.

Re: Chad Woodall event 2009
No one thinks you didn't deserve to win, and no one thinks that you biased the events to make it an easy win for you, if anything it's harder to win a comp that you've organised yourself cos of all the crap you have to go through on the day that the other competetors don't have to worry about. I think you won because on the day you were the best there.Chad Woodall wrote:I have not been on this board in a while and I am just now reading all these post about my comp. Re: Chad Woodall event 2009
Chad,
Congrats on your win.
It isn't easy running a comp and competing - I know.
As it was, you went into the last event in the lead, enuf said, you were the best that day.
Personally, and this is just me, I don't like the inclusion of medleys in grip comps. Just my honest opinion.
Well done again!

Thanks guys. Yes...it was very tough to compete and run the comp...I do not know how you have done it throughout the years David and others.
