World of Grip awards for 2009
Please vote on these sections like last year. Just tell me your top 3, or even just one if you have no top 3.
So either place your top 3's here or pm them to me.
Best Grip Guy for 2009?
Best Grip Lady for 2009?
Best Grip Newcomer to the scene in 2009?
Best Grip training Tool you've used in 2009?
Copy and paste this with your top 3 in it, and we'll let it run to Dec 31st. You can mention any training tool you want to in that question. Each 1st place spot will get 5pts, 2nd 3pts, and 3rd 1pt.
Hope you enjoy it.
David

Re: World of Grip awards for 2009
For the best grip guys 2009 I would like to mention Gabriel Sum. He certified on the 3.5 Gripper this year and also won the german grip championships by winning each discipline. Check out his youtube gallery by googleing "sumgabriel"!
Chad and Steve were also awesome this year! Also Rex did some freaky stuff, Inch Blob farmers walk f. e.
My personal best grip tool this year are inch dumbbells from the Holle family
My best armwrestling training tool (David mentioned the Lock and Load machine) is the ARM Bogdanski. http://www.armbogdanski.com
I did not follow the grip scene closely enough to have an opinion about the best newcomers this year.

Chad Woodall - won the big one this year over Steve - Jedd - and Andrew.
Best Grip Girl - obviously Liz
Best new Grip Girl - a category we might add - no idea how it will turn out but I'm having a ladies class at Gripmas and 2009 will still be here.
Best Grip New comer - Frank Synder maybe here in the USA.
