Wow this is taking forever. If things keep taking this long it's going to take weeks to finish. Hopefully for you guys (and for us) most people will be quick to reply.
Stop moaning you young hound

Can't fault you lad, I would be too, especially with those shiny grippers still up for grabs, although a date with Dr Tom looks good. Depends if he "puts out"

I won 2 prizes and I chose the Iron Grip Pinch Lifting DvD and a RB180. Needless to say, I'm pretty happy with it and I can't wait until I receive them.

Yeah, I've heard nothing but good things about the video.
I was thinking about that one. I decided against it though as I don't have any weights and I wanted a thicker block. Not to mention I think the things I could learn from the dvd would be better then just getting something else to pinch lol
I think I'll be getting a pinch block next month though for my bday or christmas.

I already have several thicker wooden pinch blocks and a euro pinch, plus i think i remember reading that the thin pinch was tricky and worked your thumb a lot. After picking up the implement, unloaded, when it arrived today, i think it is an area i need to work.

Well I'm glad I didn't pick it then. Seems like you'll get some use out of it

Re: Win some great grip stuff - have you got your tickets yet?
Just clocked in here to see Mark's offered me out to fill any gap for prizewinners- hahahah - very funny you git! I suppose I deserve it for being all intense and Dr-like heheheh! Seriously though, a date with me would be very rubbish- and involve only tuna pasta and humous - and that's it. Thanks again to all who have been so patient, especially Shapeshifters, who has promised to help us with the organisation for next year's sponsored event.
We are going to get bigger and better bits of kit- and I still like the idea of people giving a 'nearly new' piece of strength training equipment they find they don't use so much up to be raffled - that would be cool - I bet most people on this board can think of something.. Simon received his trap bar which I'd had for 4 years but not slid an Oly plate on (not got any, except for a grip machine), and he's made up. So, all in all a BIG success, and thank you everyone, from myself and Mark...and particular thanks to David for hosting the updates and mechanics of the auction on this site. Great stuff- have a productive remains of the weekend..
All the best,
Tom
