Adam,
Yes a very cool idea from Bill Hays. It's very good to use; I've played with the prototype today with great success. Maybe I'll push the Pinch World Record on with this?

Re: The Thumbscrew Pinch Converter
For those buying the 'Thumbscrew' now, they will be dispatched when we receive them from the manufacturer (in the next few weeks).
A fifth of the batch of 30 have gone already, so if you want one before Xmas get your order in soon.
Cheers guys!

Re: The Thumbscrew Pinch Converter
Looks great, think I'll be ordering a pair. I like my TTK, but I don't do much of my training at home, these will be much more portable. Reckon a L1 vulcan close will be quite a challenge!

Re: The Thumbscrew Pinch Converter
Im going to get a pair and a lighter spring for the vulcan and am going to order a copy of iron grip as well, but to save on shipping I would like them all sent at the same time. How would you like me to go about this?

Re: The Thumbscrew Pinch Converter
Great invention! Can I use this with torsion spring grippers as well?

Georgeous... now let's bring on the competitions!
David the pinchers look terrific!
Red really sets them off against the black Vulcan.
NOW, let's see who can get the highest level gripper and or highest level on the Vulcan closed!
Right now, grasping in a standard thumb up position, I can get the CoC sport closed and ALMOST close the Trainer with my right hand... with my left I can just barely close the trainer in the same grip position.
17 year old Patrick can close the #1 with a standard grip, and close the trainer with a ring/pinky finger to thumb grip (freaky strong).

Yeah I'm pretty sure they will work with torsion spring grippers. Since there's a screw they should work for any gripper that it can fit onto.

Yeah they'll work with torsion spring grippers... VERY well!
The Vulcan handles have a larger diameter than most grippers... so if the pinch converters fit on a Vulcan, they'll easily slide onto a CoC, Beef Builder or other gripper type... and with the set screw tightened down they won't move after being put on.
