Thanks.
Yeah, I never knew the rear pin almost lost a plate until I watched the playback.
It is my mate's shed I am training in so I might have to take up some thin metal 25kg plates instead of his rubber bumpers.

Nice lift! Have you got a tricep bar? I got a few extra plates on by laying one over the pin before securing the handle.

Re: Dinnie Stones
A pb! cleared the floor but didnt lockout before losing skin on rear pinkie and falling forward. It was 5kg more each hand than last time and it felt much harder.
185kg front/140kg rear.
F= 2x50kg, 3 x 20kg, 1x 25kg
R = 7 x 20kg

I am getting close under ideal conditions with nice progressive warmups.
On the day there will only be the 2 stones for 'warmups' so I need to get my body accustomed to that as well.

Re: Dinnie Stones
Has anyone here made the transition from the replia rings to a succesful dinnie stone lift?
I tried to warmup with 140kg on the small ring and then went for 187.5/145 and got no where really. then I went for ...what I thought would be an easy '175/135' and only just got that off the deck but failed to lockout.
Kinda burst my bubble and made me realise there is a while to go yet

Yes, I managed them last December. The rings on the Dinnie stones feel just like David's replica rings so that will be familiar to you. The bulk and balance of the heavier stone in particular is a bit harder to simulate. As far as warm up goes, if you can lift the weights after a warm up then you can do it without one but you just have to dig a bit deeper. It's not a pleasant feeling. The adrenaline on the day of the lift may be all you need to give them that extra pull.
