Nice close Fred, I just got myself a 3.5 and was shocked at how much harder than the 3 it is. Given how easy you closed it and how long you held it an easy 4# must be getting a real possibility.

Not bad mate, pretty bored of grippers at the moment. My Pinch and DO deadlift are heading in the right direction though.
