I could do with finding a decent walk in gym down cornwall way, heading down in july to see the girlfriends parents
and ive already said Im finding somewhere to train as Ive had enough hold ups the last 5 weeks and need to keep this cycle up.
These fancy gyms are a nightmare because they dont allow you to walk in and when they do charge you a silly amount for an induction on a treadmill

Those aren't stable mats but stable mats are ok. In the photo you can't see the 8 x 4's under the mats hence they look thicker.

this place is hardcore. I competed in a PL comp there 2 years ago - great bunch of lads !! They have everything PL wise monolift bumper plates, the lot.
