Thanks very much, its amazing what you can do with a scrap piece of checker plate and a few small coachbolts. Smile

Cheers david. Its like my piece of heaven.

Thanks Thor, I certainly do. I've spent my life training in crap commercial gyms, corners of bedrooms, lounges, and even my garden. Its taken a lot of work to build the outhouse but all the hard work has finally paid off. As for the dog, I use him for swings and snatches. Razz

Yeah - you are right - A homegym always will pay off in my opinion!

And you did a fantastic job....

re swing and snatches:
...try that with my dog, my friend: cyclops Laughing

Looks superb- puts my shed to shame! What size is it? Looks a fair size for a home gym.

Thanks guys. Mark, the building has 2 rooms, it was tempting to make the whole building my gym but I had to dedicate some space to my tools and such. The gym is about 3.5 x 3.5metres if I remember right. The olny major limitation of it is that I cannot overhead press use my pullup bar on my ironmind vulcan racks. I have got a lot of stuff in such a small space but it is always tempting to buy/build more stuff.

Thor, you seem to have posted a picture of a horse by accident! affraid
