Nice video - really like that Show Hammer of yours!
It looks the business.

When I used to do levering in the 90's, the crowd liked it when I used an axe or pick axe, with weights on. With the Pick Axe I used to let the pick go into my mouth. It looked dangerous but it was well within my strength zone.

Now that is good showmanship!

I am typically showing it loaded with 10.4kg loaded, the lighted i will show with is 8.8kg and i think my best ever has been 11.8kg. The spikes are not micky mouse, they are real and they are sharp. I wanted to stop people from resting the hammer on their head

The leverage lift is very nice up here in North Dakota, because all the men here are either Farmers, Rail road workers, construction, or oil field hands. No sissies. So they understand and appreciate the difficulty of the feat.

Next time you're doing some videoing and your working with that Spikey Hammer get it on tape. Would like to see it.

I think my gym is pretty hardcore. I used to train alone but now I have the company of a dead mouse. I think I may call him 'Wilson' Very Happy

Found one in the gym at work as well when I moved a stack of plates.
