forearm workout and grip work

forearm workout and grip work

:?:When doing forearm workout do you do it in a circuit and high reps or low reps? kind of confusing because some experts say that forearms need high reps to stimulate them. how about grip work high reps or low reps?

Some exercises I use low reps, and others high, and some I will do both. It varies to what I want from the program/workout.

The important thing to know, is you need to know what specific goal you are after. Then you can adapt the exercises/workout to that.
