Nice to see the 'hands-on', or 'feet on' in the Plank work. An old boxer used to have us doing light varied punching to the abs whilst doing abs.
I saw Lee Morrison on the credits, is that Lee doing some work?

No this is motorcycle maniac Lee Morrison! He was at one time one of the few British riders who could take the Crusty's guys on at their own game. One of the most full on individuals you'll ever meet. As I said, eventually I'll detail what we did as this video shows only a small amount of the training.
