It ought to be quite simple. Creatine, in 99.99% of cases, works. I mean, in case there is any confusion, Creatine Monohydrate. Not the piss poor dissolving stuff (120 mesh = grainy, table sugar like) but the powdery 200 mesh kind sometimes called 'micronized'. The 200 mesh kind can be seen to more or less disappear and dissolve before it's reached the bottom of a glass and at worst requires a quick swish with a spoon and it's all nice and gone. So why is there, what at first glance appears to ...

I thought of this concept a few weeks back and got the ball rolling last night.

Currently working in "Beta" mode since there are creases to iron out (namely a drop down menu problem in IE) but the site is open for registrations and adverts. Unfortunately the site engine does not allow for multiple currencies at present so sellers are welcomed to provide ...

No politics, no sponsors, I'd get it going out of my pocket and if people wanted to shoot money towards keeping it going that's cool and if not, that's cool too. I entered 8 cd's covering, Alison Moyet, Free, Hives, The Jam, Electric Six, Kate Bush and they offered me £4.02!! In the advert someones getting £50, must have traded about 200 cds for that! Ironically, the best offer I got waas for the Electric Six album at 88p! And it's shit!

Within a few days part of the exhaust needed repaired.

Hey just looking for some advice.

I am making some grip balls (like the fbbc bomb) with tennis balls, eye bolts and a bit of rubber tire glue.

I cut a slit into the ball, squeezed through the nut to the eye bolt with a wide circle of metal, then screwed the bolt in and glued up the slit.

I have only made one so far as didn't want to ruin two balls if the idea didn't work. I haven't tested out its strength yet but know that without glue the ball cant even hold 15kg's.

Thinking along the ...

I ended up wrenching it (shoulder in a dumbell fly position at the bottom, although I was upright) whilst holding onto a tree with all my bodyweight. Initially it hurt a bit, and any training on presses of any type hurt like hell. I have injured my rotators before and have rehabbed them succesfully.

This injury is stubborn, it hurts most on internal rotation, and if I apply pressure in a "choking someone" ...

I think it's just the way I'm made and my advancing years. Even deadlifts and ...

I don't get too much discomfort from gripping something, but any side to side movement of the knuckles or putting pressure on them from the sides is really painful. This pain extends all the way up my arm into my tricep and is getting a bit uncomfortable.

I do contrast baths when training but will do them religiously ...
