pinch lifting my 51.6lbs block weight (have of 100lbs Hex)
This weekend was the first time i lifted my hex 100 block weight. It has a 6 1/8 slope and was sent to me by Heath Sexton. I have a short video on my blog with the lift. Thanks Gents

Adam, what does the 6 1/8 slope mean?

Lol
that is the measurement in inches from one slope to the other, As i understand people often want to know how wide a given block is (they are VERY inconsistant) we see block weights that are the same weight with vary as much as 1" from slope to slope, must be that quality labor camp slave made exports from the land of China...
I will add pinching this wide block weight is still way easier than a blob. the sloping softer edges of a blob make it a far more challenging lift.
