Yes she is doing very well. She lifted them 4 times and on the last lift held them for 4 seconds.

Amazing feat for anyone well done Elizabeth

Elizabeth's skin had healed from her last pinch attempt on the 2 x 20k discs, and so after armwrestling training she had a go for the photos and videos.

She did 5 lifts.
Lift 1. One photo from this lift (photo 1)
Lift 2. Photo wasn't good from this lift.
Lift 3. This is videod, so no photos as I couldn't video and take photos at the same time. The video will be on youtube soon.
Lift 4. I got 3 pics from this lift as she did a 4 second hold at the top. 2 pictures attached to the email (photo 2 and 3).
Lift 5. Had the cheek to go for a 3 finger and thumb Pinch, and lifted it an inch or so.

Elizabeth has been dieting, and is now down to 79.5k today (has lost 10k!), so today's lift was half her bodyweight. Her aim has been to get into the 80k Class for Italy, and now she is there.
