How far away is Elizabeth from lifting the blob and closing the #3? It would be inspirational to see her become the first woman to achieve these feats aswell! I'm sure she is more than capable.

I have, or did have, a 140lb #3 in my closet. I'll send it to you right now.

In the past she got a #3 gripper down to a 1/4".
Her grippers I presume right now would be a bit off, mine are, with our armwrestling. Certain exercises like Pinch, and wrist work have soared with our armwrestling, but others haven't, and grippers is one of these. So keep hold of your gripper.
