Braced Bending rule change

I’ve now slightly changed the rules, as I didn’t want a load of different measurements for differing lengths/widths steel bars. So now the rules for all Braced Bends are:

5. A completed bend is when the bar has been bent into a "u" and the legs are parallel or beyond parallel to each other.

This just makes it far easier to remember and judge.
