Loadable Pinch Block/pastelle This is a solid near 7" slice of steel 2" thick with standard sleeves attached like a dumbbell .It weighs 10k unloaded £45

Fat Gripz sleeves pair £20

Dropping the pinch block price to £40

I have another loadable pinch block (bought 2 for farmers walk for whatever reason ) The first sold for £22 on Ebay so I would take £30 post included for the other
V-Bar is still available it cost £85 from Watsons.£35 Postage included which is a nice cheap V-Bar
