Vulcan Gripper Challenge

This challenge is open to all. It will be harder for those higher up on the scale than others but it still will be fun.
Lets see who can move up 2 levels first on the Vulcan 20mm block close.
My start is RH lvl 14 and LH lvl 13
I would like to be at 16 and 15 by the Dec 12 Gripmas contest hosted by Chris Rice.

I was thinking of your lvl 21 close when I said it will be harder for those higher up already. I would hazard a guess it would be more difficult to move up just one level from 21 to 22 than it would for me to move up 2 levels from 14 to 16.

Heres the first vulcan challenge workout. Anyone can jump in anytime!! For now its a challenge agaisnt myself.

Left hand sucked today. My right at lvl 14 and 10 sec hold was like an overcrush it was so easy, but all other lvl 14 right attempts were tough! All missed reps were very close, within 1-2mm max.
Other grip workout today is sledge, 2HP, blobs and pony clamp.

Internet didn't work yesterday.

Lots of untracked TNS closes with my IM 1 and 2. I dont know what kind of set will be used at the Gripmas contest in December so I will get in a little of everything until then.
Found out right before the workout I have a job interview for a full time Phys Ed teaching position on Monday so I was PUMPED! If I get the job monday night will be a day of HUGE PR's!!

Thanks guys. I should be at the interview now but they called late friday and said the superitendent had an emergency and would have to reschedule. Now I am waiting for the phone call for the new interview time. With my excitement level down, Im going to wait until tuesday night to hit grip, hoping that my interview will be tuesday morning.

Had my interview today, went very well, now just waiting to find out if I got the job.
Yesterday I did lots of ccs closes with my 2.5 and higher rep work with my vulcan. Did not track it, but sets were in the 30-40 range. Very high volume for me and my hands HURT! today. Going to try a level 15 vulcan 20mm close on monday or tuesday.

I GOT THE JOB!!!
I am now finally a full time Phys Ed Teacher. Its been 2 years of various part time, coaching and substitute work since I have graduated, making very little money and working long hours. I am now making the "big bucks", (big to me) and will be working very nice hours. Now to just have a big PR day on my first day of work Monday! Thanks for all the well wishes!
