Nice, next time spin the handle first to the uninitiated can see what makes it so difficult.

Don't you agree with the PPI benefits, I mean it throws away the " His hands are bigger then mine" baloney.

Not sure. Hand size does matter while doing rolling thunder, but i wouldn't class myself as 'stronger' than someone who can pull 220lbs on the same handle with 9'' hands. If you have smaller hands you need extra strong wrists to compensate.

Re: Rolling Thunder: New Handle
Ok. So Sam came down today and among the toys he brought was 1) the new IM RT handle. 2) the two (3x and 4x) FBBC smooth handled grippers and 3) the skinny handled Elite gripper. I was doing grippers anyway so squeezed in some work on the FBBC's (inc a TNS with the 3X) but I hate the little Elite. That missing fraction of an Inch was a bugger!!
After a little goofing around I set to work on the new handle. It takes chalk well but, yes, it spins very freely. The challenge being what drives me I set to work. We did some reps with 40-kilos, 60-kilos and then (just me repping) 80-kilos. Polish Mark (Sam's buddy) and Sam dropped to singles at this point and Loz gave 80, 90 and 100kg a ride but then dropped out too. I did 90, 100, 105, 110, 115 and 120 (see video) a ride but bombed at 122.5-kilos (came up but not nearly high enough). We scaled both the 120 and 122.5-kilo set ups. The 120-kilos came out at 124.90 (flicking to 125 on a 2nd scaling) or 275.3lbs or 33.37lbs an inch.

Pulled 187 for a new PR. That brings it to 26.7.
