96x4 was all I could manage today, didn't really get my upper back tight. Then 10x81 again.

Well the 6 months is nearly up, guess Alex has been busy with the arm wrestling?
I'm nowhere near where I was a few months back due to one thing or another, so won't be improving on the 112.5kg mark for now.

Yes Paul the armwrestling takes a big toll, and we end up doing a lot more rep work.
