Well done Alex, 100k!
I do most of my training on my own, but it does give an extra buzz now and then to have a bit of a crowd.

Yes it was. A 100k can be a stumpling block for many, but that's been taken out quickly by Alex. This challenge, and having Nick there spurred him on.

This weeks benching went like this:

15x20kg, 6x53.5, 5x73.5, 5x93.5, 4x96, 3x98.5, 2x101, 1x106(pr), 0x110

106 was reasonably solid, thought I'd better push the boat out a bit with Alex in the rear view mirror, but 110 stalled about halfway. Will move everything up 1.5kg next week.

Nice stuff - I'll tell him when he gets up. Nice life when you're 17! Smile

Yeah I miss my lie-ins, could have done with one this morning as I'm a bit sore. They really will be a thing of the past when the baby turns up.

I heard it can mess with your hormones as well, I might be pushing 86k with man boobs!

Right, this was last night's benching:

BP: 15x20kg, 6x55, 5x75, 5x95, 4x97.5, 3x100, 2x102.5, 1x107.5(pr), 0x110

107.5 was reasonably solid, 110 again stalled about halfway. Another kg next time.
