Shapeshifter, you should have no prob getting into AW in canada, im pretty sure you have many clubs, guess it depends where you are..

Skipping all the negativity, I loaded the baby with 100kg and hammered out 15 reps on the back pressure exercise. I have a gut feeling my strength on the table will increase dramatically.
