WAF day 2 results

I see that Alex competed in the 80kg+ category. It's not his strongest arm so I expect he was just doing it for the experience. It's a bit puzzling though as he competed in the 80kg category the day before - must be all that pasta I suppose, pushed him over the 80kg mark Wink.

I believe that Elizabeth competes this weekend.
