Europa Super Show - August 15, 2009

The Europa Super Show is coming this weekend.

I've trained pretty hard the last 3 months for this
tournament. Looks like I'll have to pull heavy though.

I believe I'll lose too much strength to make 198's.

I weigh 212 lbs. right now.

Hope to better my last years performance, 3rd place RH, Masters, Heavy.
