Saturday and Sunday SEPTEMBER 5-6:
Team Arrivals from/to the airport of Venice, Treviso and Verona and from the hotel/ holiday village/ apartment to the competition for all athletes and accompanists, bus service free of charge.

We've all made our classes now.

Elizabeth has lost 11k
Me 7k
Alex 5k

All with the circuit training, and all stronger than ever. So it's been very succesfull.

I've got 5 training sessions left, and the last hard armwrestling session is done now.

By the way, we love Italy (been before), and can't wait for this!

Hi David, in which class(es) will you compete? Masters, Seniors, both? 100kg?

Still waiting for the details on that circuit training David WHEN my shoulder heals I hope to give them a go and lose 25K
